The in-house Grieshaber Academy, founded in 2007, has an attractive training offer that effectively combines professional, methodical and social skill sets, offering our employees a platform for ongoing personal development and professional qualification.

Our further training commitment is based both on the basic principle of sustainability and the aim of supporting individual development. Our needs-based seminar programme is modified each year and focuses in particular on knowledge transfer efficiency that we achieve thanks to great practical relevance and dialogue with colleagues during our training courses.

We apply this principle by expanding the traditional training offer in the areas START, BASIS and ADVANCED to include a TRAINEE ACADEMY with various modules, as well as the HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT area. Under the KIDS category, we also offer seminars and workshops for our employees’ children.
