“I didn’t want to stand still — so I decided to give it another try.”

After completing his first apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist and spending several years as a technical consultant, Florian took the bold step of pursuing a second apprenticeship — and thus embarking on a new career in IT. He had long been interested in technology, but at Grieshaber he found the opportunity to turn that interest into a new career path. The decision brought new challenges, but also the chance to grow personally and refocus his strengths.

Today, he works as an IT specialist for system integration and experiences every day just how varied the daily work in IT is. No two days are alike. Florian is particularly proud of solving every problem together with his team and successfully implementing complex IT projects. It is precisely this combination of variety, responsibility, and collaboration that makes working in IT so rewarding for him.
