Melek’s path into logistics was anything but straightforward: from an apprenticeship as a textile mechanic to a career in the chemical industry, and finally to a career change into logistics. After retraining, she found an opportunity for a fresh start at Grieshaber — and seized it.

Getting started was challenging, but Melek quickly got up to speed and took on responsibility. She wasn’t afraid to make mistakes, because mistakes are how we learn. So she embraced every challenge and developed step by step. Today, she is a team lead and ensures smooth operations, high quality, and the continued development of her team.
