Susann has been with Grieshaber for over 16 years. Even during her dual degree program, she was fascinated by logistics: strategic thinking, operational responsibility, and direct contact with customers. She progressed step by step through roles in project management and key account management. Along the way, she was supported by teams and leaders who placed their trust in her and encouraged her growth.

Through this experience, she has learned that at Grieshaber, competence and attitude matter — not gender or stereotypes. Her journey demonstrates that women can be just as successful in logistics as in traditionally female-dominated professions. Today, as a young woman, Susann is part of the divisional management — a powerful example of the development opportunities Grieshaber offers and of the fact that women in logistics are not the exception, but an asset to every team.
