Throughout his apprenticeship and dual degree program, he always found people who took the time to answer his questions and support him. At the same time, he was given the opportunity early on to take on tasks independently and contribute his own ideas — an experience that helped him grow both professionally and personally.

His semester abroad in Budapest further reinforced his commitment to staying open to new experiences and viewing challenges as opportunities. Today, Tobias works as a project manager and is determined to continue his professional development. For him, one thing is certain: the doors are open — you just have to walk through them.
