25 years of partnership as equals: Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and Grieshaber Logistics Group AG
Various milestones have been achieved over the course of 25 years of collaboration. One highlight is the self-sufficient automated small parts warehouse (AKL), which increases efficiency and ensures the market availability of sealing rings. These products are mainly used in the automotive and aerospace industries.
In the course of our business relationship, Grieshaber has had the honour of coordinating and shipping over 30 billion O-rings.
Our partnership offers numerous logistics services such as picking, packing and labelling and worldwide, largely environmentally friendly shipping in reusable packaging. Another specific service is the dispatch centre directly at the customer's premises. These services guarantee the highest quality and efficiency.
When we took over the logistics services for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, we laid the foundations for the Bad Säckingen logistics centre and have been continuously expanding it ever since. In order to achieve the highest quality standards for our customer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, we have also been washing, drying and packing under cleanroom conditions since 2011.
Our international dispatch in the parcel and pallet area as well as the logistical processing in the customer system ensure smooth processes. The daily shuttle service between Oberwihl and Bad Säckingen ensures an efficient supply of materials.
