Expansion in the Rhine-Main region Construction update of LCW - Logistik Center Weiterstadt

The Grieshaber Group has already reported several times about the first milestones on the planned expansion in the Rhine-Main region. Another warehouse is planned in Weiterstadt with a size of 10,000 square metres. Of this, approximately 5,000 square metres will be designated as a refrigerated area with a temperature of 2°C to 8°C.

After demolition work on the old existing building began in June 2022, the equipping of the warehouse has now been underway for several weeks. Last month, our own fleet of vehicles delivered the shelving components to Weiterstadt for assembly.

The handover to the client Grieshaber should take place in just under eight weeks.
