Expansion in the Rhine-Main region: Construction update of the LCW (Logistics Center Weiterstadt)

The Grieshaber Group already reported on the planned expansion in the Rhine-Main area in November last year. A further warehouse is planned in Weiterstadt with a size of 10,000 square metres. Of this, approximately 5,000 square metres will be designated as a refrigerated area with a temperature of 2°C to 8°C.

Demolition work started in June of this year, and after the building permit was subsequently granted in July, construction work on the future LCW - Logistik Center Weiterstadt is in full swing. Completion is scheduled for summer 2023.
