Meeting the challenges of leadership with system
The Grieshaber Logistics Group has been training its prospective and existing managers in the art of proper leadership for over 10 years. Initially via external institutes, such as the St. Gallen Management Institute and the German Grundl Academy, the need for a company-specific programme became increasingly urgent over time.
Since 2015, Grieshaber's own leadership programme has been trained exclusively by the board members as a compulsory programme for every manager via the Grieshaber Academy. The aim is to achieve a uniform understanding of leadership within the company and its employees on the basis of an open and constructive feedback culture and to provide every manager with the tools for good employee management. This creates clarity and security in day-to-day management, and even difficult situations can be mastered by the manager with confidence.
