– CLEAN TRUCK
As part of the concrete presentation of the areas, tips and suggestions are compiled for the individual areas, which, among other things, should help to create an organised working environment as well as to achieve and maintain precision and efficiency. Perhaps you will also find one or two valuable tips?
All drivers are business cards of a company. Through their appearance, they represent the company to the outside world and thus decisively determine the company's image.
Grieshaber drivers present a uniformly clean and well-groomed appearance. The external appearance of the employees corresponds to the clean and well-maintained vehicle fleet. The corporate identity idea is thus consistently recognisable.
There are precise guidelines for the external appearance of the vehicles that must be adhered to. For example, the vehicle must always be kept clean and any damage must be reported immediately to the workshop and repaired without delay. It is not permitted to change the external appearance by means of attachments, installations, lettering or stickers.
Grieshaber sets high standards for the cleanliness of the vehicle fleet. With car washes available in F-Hombourg and Bad Säckingen, the aim is to keep the fleet clean and tidy 365 days a year. Grieshaber wants to make a positive impression on the roads of Europe with a clean fleet.
The interior of the trucks is well organised and needs to be maintained:
- clean windows for good visibility by day and night
- well-maintained vehicle interior
- tidy shelves and compartments
In the interior, the vehicle documents are kept - always within reach - in a document folder. Always make sure that everything is complete. All other forms are to be kept in an additional folder. The storage compartments are to be uniformly arranged, on the driver's side with the ADR equipment / personal protection equipment and cleaning utensils.
On the right-hand side, the emergency vehicle equipment is to be stored in the storage compartments, i.e.
- jack and towing hook
- Warning lights and warning triangle
- Snow chains (winter, from October to March)
Every driver must carry out a check when taking over a vehicle and report any irregularities immediately.
