The Logisitk Park Hochrhein in Rheinfelden is being expanded - a further 14,000 square metres for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
As a pharmaceutical logistics expert for temperature-controlled products, we are making targeted investments in the expansion of our infrastructure. A modern extension is being built at the Rheinfelden site. The tender for this extension was launched at the beginning of this year. Discussions and negotiations with potential general contractors are currently underway.
The second construction phase (pictured left) marks another milestone at the Rheinfelden site and in the company's history. Initially, 14,000 square metres of logistics space are planned in the ‘ambient’ (15° to 25° Celsius) and ‘chilled’ (2° to 8° Celsius) temperature zones. Deep-freeze areas can be extended as required. The halls are designed to meet the special and demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Completion of the first construction phase of the extension is planned for early 2026.

The Logistik Park Hochrhein, ideally located at the German-Swiss motorway border crossing (10 km east of Basel) in Rheinfelden-Herten, covers 25,000 m² of logistics space and provides temperature-controlled services in separate temperature zones from ambient to deep-freeze in five temperature zones. The multi-user centre and EU hubs provide GMP-compliant services, among other things. It holds the following licences and permits:
