As part of the presentation of the Grieshaber Academy 2021 programme, we have already reported on the focus on digital knowledge transfer, which has become a fixed component of the Grieshaber Academy as one of the three parts, alongside health management and classic knowledge transfer by means of classroom training. In the course of the already strongly advancing digitalisation in all areas, we are thus also specifically relying on even more virtual system support in personnel management and the transfer in relation to knowledge transfer.

The range of virtual training courses, lectures and also active content is extensive and can be used in many ways. In addition to the already known advantages, such as the involvement and reaching of even more employees, since it is location-independent, as well as the flexibility in terms of time, the online academy helps us particularly well in the context of the onboarding process for new hires. For example, by providing training on process knowledge that is needed in daily work, or on legal and infrastructural rules and aspects. In addition, long-serving employees can also access this training content quickly and easily and retrieve required information in a targeted manner, independently and at any time. Another advantage is that new training content can already be made available via the online academy before the training date, so that the training participants can individually prepare for the training content in advance - depending on their level of knowledge and personal focus. This makes it possible to organise the training efficiently, pragmatically and in a results-oriented manner.
The Grieshaber Academy is proud that digital knowledge transfer could be included in the programme so quickly and will continue to expand this component.
